Shopping with Pro-Active Teamwear
You can order products on this website. If you have placed your order on-line, we will quickly send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. The e-mail confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. An automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order.

All content included on the site including but not limited to web site design, text, graphics, audio clips, visual clips, logos, and the selection and arrangement thereof are the property of Pro-Active Teamwear Ltd and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may view, copy and print portions of our website for the sole purpose of placing an order with us. The materials on our website may not be used for any other purposes. We will use the information you provide and the records of items you buy to constantly monitor and improve our services and for marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Prices
We try to make sure that our prices on our websites are accurate, however, we will need to validate the price before we process your order. If we are unable to supply a particular item, which you have ordered, or of the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order. You will be able to select your delivery options and costs before you submit your credit card details. If you order offline you will be notified of any delivery costs.
Goods sent out on account are subject to strict 30 day payment terms. Discounted prices are based on payment within these payment terms. The company reserve the right to amend the discounted prices for late payment.
We reserve the right to claim statutory interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate at the date the debt becomes overdue in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Payment
Your credit/debit card will be billed in the name of Pro-Active Teamwear. You can pay by any, Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, or Solo card. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted using Protx technology.
The prices displayed on our web site are in British pounds and include vat where applicable.
Our contract is with the person, group or organisation, which places the order. We can invoice a third party on your behalf however you will remain guarantor until payment has been received in full and final settlement.
Our invoices also act as an order confirmation. Please check all details and descriptions including sizes, quantities and colours.
Delivery
We can deliver goods to destinations within the UK mainland. Prices charged cover this service. For destinations outside the UK mainland please contact us for a quotation.
We aim to deliver goods to destinations in the UK within 7 days in most circumstances. Specific delivery times are dependent on the method selected within our site. Special order items can take longer. Printed goods, may take longer also.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
We will try and ensure you receive your order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid subject to certain exclusions.
Orders above £100 including vat are eligible for free delivery, orders below £100 are subject to a carriage charge of £6 per delivery. Free delivery is at the discretion of Pro-Active Teamwear Ltd, certain Exclusions apply. We may sometimes despatch your deliveries as part consignments, but this is again at the discretion of the company.
